  • Change of Mind: Since we rely on suppliers, we do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse (unless explicitly stated otherwise).

4. Non-Refundable Items

5. Shipping Costs for Returns

  • Supplier’s Fault (wrong/damaged item): We cover return shipping.

  • Buyer’s Fault (wrong address, change of mind): Customer bears return costs.


6. Processing Time
